About the Sessions: Join us for a rejuvenating Hatha Yoga session guided by Nika, where we will focus on balancing yin and yang energy through:

• Breathing Techniques: Calming the mind and energizing the body.

• Stretching and Strengthening Asanas: Improving flexibility and building core strength.

• Balance Work: Cultivating stability in body and mind.

• Releasing Tension and Stress: Letting go of daily pressures through mindful movements.

• Shavasana: Ending with a deeply relaxing pose for total relaxation.

Who Can Join? This session is designed for all levels—whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, everyone is welcome to participate.
